تفتح هذه الصفحة. يمكنك أيضاً المراسلة من البريد المرتبط بالحساب.
ما يُحذف عند اكتمال الحذف
حساب المصادقة، مستند المستخدم والمجموعات الفرعية (المفضلة، رموز الإشعارات، الإشعارات، الإعدادات)، إعلانات العامل المملوكة ووسائطها، الملف العام، بطاقات العمل المملوكة، ووسائط ملف المستخدم.
ما قد يُحتفظ به بصيغة مجهولة
الطلبات والمحادثات/الرسائل والتقييمات التي تشمل مستخدماً آخر. تُستبدل أسماء وصور المستخدم المحذوف بعبارة مستخدم محذوف. نصوص الرسائل وتفاصيل الطلبات ونصوص/تقييمات المراجعات لا تُمسَح تلقائياً. التقييمات المطبَّقة سابقاً لا تُلغى تلقائياً.
تُعالَج الطلبات عبر هذه الصفحة أو البريد من قِبل الدعم بعد التحقق من ملكية الحساب. هذه الصفحة لا تحذف البيانات تلقائياً.

What is deleted when deletion completes
Firebase Auth user, users/{uid} and subcollections (favorites, FCM tokens, notifications, settings), owned Worker listings and their Storage media, publicProfiles, owned publicCards, user profile Storage.
What may be retained (redacted)
Orders, chats/messages, and reviews that also involve another user. Display names/photos for the deleted user are replaced with a deleted-user label. Message bodies, order details, and review text/ratings are not automatically wiped. Ratings already applied are not automatically unwound.
Processing: requests via this page or email are handled by support; timelines depend on verification of account ownership. This page itself does not delete data automatically.
